This chandelier is simply superb. Comprised of over 100 individual hand-blown rectangular clear Pulegoso glass pendants suspended from a white oval frame. Pulegoso glass refers to a glass containing numerous bubbles ("pulega") of all sizes which make the glass semi-opaque and give the surface an irregular texture. Pulegoso was developed by Napoleone Martinuzzi (1892-1977) on the island of Murano, Italy, in the 1920s. This chandelier is a work of art in its detail and color. It can be either suspended from the ceiling or flush mounted.
